전 세계 팬들을 위한 깜짝 선물 <MIC Drop> 리믹스 공개! 

그룹 방탄소년단이 세계적 뮤지션들과 협업한 <MIC Drop>의 리믹스를 발표하며 전 세계 팬들에게 깜짝 선물을 선사했다. 

<MIC Drop (Steve Aoki Remix) Feat. Desiigner>는 방탄소년단과 세계적인 DJ이자 프로듀서인 스티브 아오키(Steve Aoki), 데뷔와 동시에 <Panda>로 빌보드 'HOT 100' 차트 1위를 기록하며 화려하게 등장한 신예 랩퍼 디자이너(Desiigner)와의 특급 컬래버레이션을 통해 탄생했다. 

강렬한 퍼포먼스로 화제가 됐던 LOVE YOURSELF 承 ‘Her’의 수록곡 <MIC Drop>은 스티브 아오키만의 감각적인 리믹스를 통해 기존 원곡과는 확연히 다른 보다 강렬하고 클럽에서도 즐길 수 있는 ELECTRO TRAP으로 재탄생했다. 

랩 피처링을 맡은 디자이너는 특유의 에너지 넘치고 자유로운 래핑으로 리믹스를 넘어 신곡을 듣는 듯한 느낌을 준다. 방탄소년단 멤버들과 자연스러운 조화로 핫한 아티스트들의 패기를 볼 수 있다는 점 또한 이 곡의 관전 포인트다. 

스티브 아오키가 함께한 뮤직비디오는 감각적이고 세련된 영상미와 방탄소년단의 화려한 퍼포먼스가 더해져 볼거리를 선사한다. 특히, 마이크를 떨어뜨리는 마지막 장면은 이 곡을 한눈에 표현함과 동시에 방탄소년단의 진정성 있는 스웨그를 보여준다.
